First, I hope everyone had a great Christmas this year. It seem to go by so fast and not last very long! Alex and I were up around 6:30 am on Christmas morning. He was so excited that Santa came, he woke up saying I am so tired but I want to open presents! Lets go! Here is a picture of our Christmas Tree decorated so lovely by Alex.
Here we both are excited that Santa came and left us lots of awesome gifts.

"Guitar Hero! What I always wanted!!"

Santa brought me a new bed set! With matching curtains and all. Wow he has some great interior designing skills! The wall decorations in this picture seem to look off center but I promise they are not. Ü

Let me say curtains are not a very easy thing to put up. At least not as easy as I thought and or pictured it to be. It took me a good 2-3 hours to get those up. It probably would have been better if I actually had proper tools!

Here's Alex and I testing out the new bed set and making sure it's nice and comfy. We decided it was perfect!
All in all we had a great Christmas, Santa brought us lots of stuff we are enjoying immensely. I did get to visit with my dad on Christmas, it was really nice to see him. Even though I know he was having a hard time, he's getting a divorce. We got to visit for a bit, but because of the weather on Christmas and how bad it was at his house the snow was 2 feet deep and the wind was blowing 40 MPH (that's what he told me). I had to have Nic come and pick up Alex from my dads cause I knew I wouldn't be able to get out of his drive way with out a fight. So he was leaving and got stuck in the road, we had to dig him out and get him going. That's when I knew if Nic's car had a hard time I was going to have a worse time! My car is much lighter then Nic's.

My car is much lighter then Nic's. So me and my dad decided I should try and get out before I get snowed in. I barely made it out of the drive way and got stuck. My dad pushed me so I could start driving down the street and only made it about 5 feet. It took us about an hour to get me unstuck, his Explorer even got stuck so we had to get him unstuck. It was pretty funny, but he wasn't too happy about it. I hope he is laughing about it now like I am. I was soaking wet by time we were done and that was a very cold ride back home.
